Cloud Hosting India - Best and Cheap | Cloud99 Copyright Infringement Policy

Cloud99 takes copyright seriously and follows strict rules to protect it. If someone breaks the rules, we send them clear legal notices. Our copyright policy explains what needs to be included in these notices and points to our relevant rules. These terms also describe how to handle complaints and deal with fake users.

Complaint Process:
To file a copyright complaint with Cloud99, you need to provide a written complaint with detailed information about yourself, including your name, phone number, address, and signature.
Here’s what you should include in your complaint:
The full material you want removed or changed, and where it’s located online.
Any extra details required by law for copyright complaints.
A statement under oath saying you’re authorized to act on behalf of the real copyright owner.
Your signature.
You can submit your complaint in two ways:
Email it to support@cloud99.in for a faster response.
Mail it to Cloud99, Amrapali Plaza, 201-202, 2nd Floor, Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021.
If you make a false complaint, you might have to pay for any resulting losses or issues. If you’re unsure whether something violates your copyright, it’s a good idea to consult a lawyer first.
Cloud99 may respond to complaints by removing the content or stopping services. If we do remove content, we’ll let the affected users know.

Procedure for Customers to File a Counter-Notice:
Cloud99 doesn’t keep backups based on your server or hosting plan. While we protect VPS hosting from sudden hardware failures, problems like hacker attacks, viruses, and user mistakes can still happen. If you get a notice from us saying that your content was removed due to an infringement claim, you can submit a counter-notice if you think it was taken down by mistake.
To file a counter-notice, you need to provide:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Proof of what was removed or where it was located before removal.
A statement under oath that you believe the removal was a mistake.
Your address, name, phone number, and a statement agreeing to the legal jurisdiction of either your local Federal District Court or, if you're outside India, the Indian District Court in Jaipur. You must also agree to accept legal documents from the complainant or their agent.
Once we get your valid counter-notice, we will work to restore your content within 10-14 business days, unless the copyright owner starts legal action to block the restoration and Cloud99 is notified about it.
