Remote Hands Policy
Colocation Customers may request Cloud99 to perform "remote hands" service on Customer's equipment within the Cloud99 facilities.

Service Level Agreement(SLA)
This Cloud99 (Host) Service Level Agreements (SLA) is governed by the customer service agreement or master service agreement (each, an “Agreement”).

Colocation Access Policy
In order to ensure the safety and security of our facility, our clients and their colocated systems, Cloud99 has specific policies and procedures that all employees, clients and guests must follow.
Terms of Use
Cloud99 provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by Cloud99 from time to time without notice to you.

Cloud99 ’s policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies.
Legal Notice
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional mail. Cloud99 may broadcast notices or messages through the Service to inform CUSTOMER of changes to the TOS at their choosing, but is not required to do so; Cloud99 may broadcast changes to the Service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to CUSTOMER.
